About me

I am a Spanish-Peruvian Biologist, living in Bristol since 2016. I trained at the Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork, where I obtained a Level 4 Holistic Massage Diploma from the Massage Training Institute (MTI).
I have a fascination and curiosity for all living organisms, including humans! and, thanks to my background in Biology, I have a solid knowledge of the body structure and physiology. I also love the fact that the benefits of massage therapy are supported by a wealth of evidence.
In the past, meditation and massage have helped me find relief from the physical aches of sedentary computer work, manage the sustained stress and anxiety of life in academia, and provided a calm, safe space where I could reconnect with my body. I love learning about the therapeutic power of touch and have become a massage therapist because I am passionate about helping others discover this power.
As part of the queer community myself, it is important for me to provide a safe, LGBTQ+ inclusive and supportive space.
