My Services

I offer 60-minute and 90-minute sessions from a cosy, quiet practice room in Brislington, Bristol (free parking available). For any treatment, we will first have a short talk, where you tell me about your needs and preferences, and we’ll plan the best massage for you. I don't do routines; we can focus on the areas you feel you need attention! I use a professional-grade massage table, with extra thick high-density foam for maximum comfort.
TREATMENTS:
-
Holistic Massage
I combine classical Swedish massage techniques (effleurage, petrissage, kneading, percussion) with gentle holds, deeper pressure techniques, Eastern foot massage, stretches and passive joint mobilisations, to deliver a massage tailored to your needs. My massage is based in a solid knowledge of the body structures and awareness of the connections between body, mind and emotions.
-
Pregnancy Massage
I use holistic massage techniques to support your body through the postural changes experienced during pregnancy (e.g. reducing muscle tensions, back aches, easing stress), while providing a calming, nurturing environment where you can just relax and connect with your baby.
Treatment takes place on a massage table, adapting the posture and techniques to your pregnancy stage. For example, from the third trimester on, side-lying massage with plenty of cushion support is usually the most comfortable.

Benefits of Massage
Massage affects the body physiology in many positive ways. But that is not just it, massage also has multiple psychological and emotional benefits, thus supporting our overall health and mental wellbeing. Moreover, massage encourages body awareness, helping us recognise the natural body messages and feel more connected.
